Shipping policy

All our shipping comes from New Zealand at this stage whānau.

New Zealand - Auckland

Our depot is located in the North Island, Auckland and standard shipping times are between 3-5 days to most places in the North Island. This means that if you are in the South Island or you have a Rural address your timeframes will fall outside if these estimates. 

Tracking will be sent to customers as soon as the order has left our hands (we aim to pack and ship out orders in 2 days ) and will be updated once the courier driver has picked up and scanned your order. Please remember that a confirmation email does not mean that your parcel has been shipped, this means that your order has been received and confirmed and is processing.

Australia orders

All Australian orders will be packed and sent out within 2-3 days, at this stage the shipping to australia is taking up to 3 weeks so please keep this in mind when ordering. We are also keeping our shipping as low as we can, we are still taking a loss on shipping because we know how important these products are for our culture and for all our whānau in aus missing home too .
